Prophet Antonio D. Rocquemore
is the Founder and lead Pastor of Powerhouse International Ministries, located on the Southside of Chicago.
Prophet Rocquemore is a highly sought after organic and authentic prophetic voice for the 21st Century church and he has committed his life to serving Christ.
Dr. Antonio Devon Rocquemore Sr., (commonly known as Prophet Rocquemore) is a loving and devoted family man. He is the proud husband to his beautiful wife Lady Lela Rocquemore and the father of nine children. Dr. Rocquemore acquired his spiritual foundation at First Pentecostal Church of God located in Chicago, IL under the tutelage of the late Apostle Christine Morris.
At the tender age of 15, Dr. Rocquemore accepted his call into the Ministry and preached his first sermon on Thanksgiving Day entitled, “God Cares.” Serving is one of the core foundations of Dr. Rocquemore’s heart. Throughout his servitude - Dr. Rocquemore served as the Armor Bearer, Personal Driver for Apostle Christine Morris, Choir President & Director, President of the Men’s Department, Church Bus Driver, Youth Leader and the Special Events Coordinator. Dr. Rocquemore was later appointed as Youth Pastor and he served faithfully in that role for five years.
Dr. Rocquemore received his formal education at William Penn Elementary School and Hales Francisan High School. He attended Southeast Missouri State University, where he obtained his Undergraduate Degree. He was also the Star Basketball Player and his Jersey has been retired. Dr. Rocquemore also attended Nehemiah Urban Church School of Ministry for two years and went on to further his ministerial studies at Midwest Theological Institute where he obtained his Doctorate of Divinity.
Dr. Rocquemore is a Philanthropist and hosts food and clothing giveaways, performs at concerts, runs Revivals, Crusades and Conferences throughout the country. Dr. Rocquemore has a ministry of encouragement and you can find him saying these words to uplift the people of God: If you lose everything and you still have Jesus, you have enough to start over with!"

Dr. Rocquemore has a huge heart and he is a giver. Dr. Rocquemore loves to laugh. He wants everyone smiling and laughing along with him. For the betterment of the community, Dr. Rocquemore has opened his church doors for campaign nominees running for political office. He and the Powerhouse Youth Choir sang for the late Judy Bar Topinka. Dr. Rocquemore also stood with Judge Rhonda Crawford to help defend her seat.
Dr. Rocquemore has great love and passion for Gospel Music and he is a phenomenal singer in his own right. In 1995, Dr. Rocquemore put that love, passion and talent together and formed the Powerhouse Community Choir. The Choir went strong ministering across the Country for fifteen years. In 2007, Powerhouse Community Choir had their first live recording, album entitled, “No Weapon” and there are more recordings to come in the near future.
